Staking Skill
As you know, we have many pre works to do on raw materials before cutting. We have a set of our own methods for it. 1. Rewetting. We use machine to rewet raw materials first, let the humidity in leather be uniform. 2. Staking. We use special machine to pull the leather horizontally and vertically, making the elasticity of leather uniform. 3. Polishing. We use polish machine to make our leather looks nice. 4. Fixing the shape of leather and checking the elasticity again. Rewetting, staking, polishing and fixing shape are parts of our techniques.
